Rihanna lists her home in Beverly Hills for $4.5 M

Apparently four-time grammy award winner Rihanna has listed her Beverly Hills hangout for $4.5 million, which is over $2 million less than the $6.9 million she was originally planning to list for. 

It seems like the gated 8,520-square-foot, three-story contemporary is quite the fixer-upper. But when it includes a den, media room, breakfast area, three fireplaces, eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and a swimming pool then having a little work done on the place starts to sound more and more like pop music to our ears.

Here's to hoping it sells so she can afford to buy herself some pants... or not.
